Mr. John Ha, AIA, our founder, is a member of the American Institute of

Architects and a California Licensed Architect with over 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction. Graduated from the University of California of Berkeley with a high honor in Architecture, Mr. Ha has won high praises from peers and a diversified group of clients for his outstanding design and dedication to customers. 

In recent years, he has completed many projects in different fields of architecture. These projects include residential, commercial retail, education center, and Tenant Improvements such as corporate interiors, restaurants, research development, manufacturing, daycare centers, dental and medical offices, and much more. 

He is well versed in the California Building Code, California Title-24, Accessibility Code, various Cities Building Codes, and permit procedures. He has demonstrated strong abilities to administrate all phases of architecture from the schematic design phase to completion of the construction phase.
